北京建工博海建设有限公司是北京建工集团和青岛建设集团于2007年底共同出资组建的国有参股企业。成立五年来,公司党委着力加强对专兼职政工干部的“双向”培养,着力调整改善政工干部队伍的年龄结构、知识结构,着力构建以专职政工干部为中坚、兼职政工干部为骨干、行政业务干部“一岗双责”、广大党员干部职工积极参与的“大政工”格局,着力培养一支政治素质高、业务能力强、群众基础好的复合型政工干部队伍。
