作者的最近实验显示,在正常周期妇女的卵泡中期,注射轭合雌激素32小时后,尽管LH显著降低,但血浆免疫活性LHRH水平仍无变化。这说明雌激素对正常周期妇女促性腺激素分泌的负反馈作用是降低垂体对LHRH的反应性,不改变下丘脑的LHRH的释放。本文的目的在于研究雌激素对人类促性腺激素分泌的负反馈作用是否是对垂体的直接作用。 6例正常月经妇女,年龄21~23岁,周期27~32天,在卵泡中期,静脉注射20mg轭合的雌激素(Premarin)前2小时和后8小时,静注2.5μg人工合成LHRH,用放射免疫法测定LH和FSH。实验结果显示:注射雌激素前、后血浆FSH
Recent author’s experiments showed that plasma immunoreactive LHRH levels remained unchanged in 32 folds of mid-follicular phase in normal-cycle women despite a significant decrease in LH.
