党课是党内政治生活的重要组成部分,是提高党员素质的有效途径。但在近年来党课教育中,有的人认为党的工作中心转移了,经济工作统揽全局,党课教育是软指标,有空就抓,没空就停;部分干部不适应变化了的新形势,念报纸、读文件,方法老一套,造成党员腻烦心理。究竟怎样才能把党课教育落到实处呢?我们认为,应从以下三个方面着手。弄清三个关系。一是党课教育和一般政治教育的关系。不少同志把党课教育和一般政治教育混同起来,“党内党外一堂课,党员群众一起听”。长此以往,致使党员得不到党组织的特殊教育,把自己混同于一般老百姓,造成这种现象的主要原因是缺乏新形势下搞好党
