南疆吐库二线中天山隧道左洞出口反坡段施工中突遇高压涌水,准确判断掌子面涌水量及采取应对措施是施工中应重点考虑的因素,而水量的大小又直接关系到堵水、排水措施。通过超前探孔等措施收集涌水量等基础数据,引用古德曼经验式、水压力法及水文地质比拟法进行隧道最大涌水量估算和预测,为注浆堵水设计,合理规划排水方案提供可靠依据。采用RPD-150C多功能地质钻机进行超前钻孔,PHP-15注浆机进行帷幕注浆,通过提高注浆压力和注浆量,止水效果明显,达到限量排放目标。施工中优化排水方案,增设排水管道和改进排水泵站,快速有效地排出洞内地下水,确保隧道施工安全。
