本文系3组135例散发性脑炎病例资料的综合报告。通过对这些病例一般情况、临床表现的分析及讨论,指出了本病流行病学、临床症象学的特点,认为本病实质上包括发病机理迥然不同的两类“脑炎”。目前其命名似以“散发性脑炎”为好。治疗上应强调综合疗法,必要时应不失时机地进行外科减压手术。
This article is a comprehensive report of 135 cases of sporadic encephalitis in three groups. Through the analysis and discussion of the general situation and clinical manifestation of these cases, the characteristics of epidemiology and clinical symptomology of this disease were pointed out. This disease essentially includes two types of “encephalitis” with very different pathogenesis. Currently its name seems to “sporadic encephalitis” as well. Treatment should be emphasized that the integrated therapy, if necessary, should take the opportunity to carry out surgical decompression surgery.
