当前我国开发区正进入经济快速发展期和社会矛盾的凸显期,对开发区检察机关推进社会矛盾化解工作提出了新的任务和要求。本文在客观考察当前开发区社会矛盾的特殊性和检察救济机制的局限性的基础上,论证了完善开发区检察救济机制的必要性,并对完善开发区检察机关推进社会矛盾化解机制进行探讨,以期有助于推进和谐开发区的建设。
At present, China’s development zones are entering a period of rapid economic development and social conflicts, putting forward new tasks and requirements for the procuratorial organs in the development zones to promote social conflicts. Based on the objective investigation of the particularity of the social conflicts in the development zone and the limitation of the procuratorial relief mechanism, this paper demonstrates the necessity of perfecting the mechanism of the procuratorial relief in the development zone and discusses the mechanism of perfecting the mechanism of resolving social conflicts in the development zone prosecutors, With a view to help promote the harmonious development zone.
