通过MoS2膜/钢、钢/钢摩擦副在干摩擦、油和脂润滑条件下的球-盘式摩擦学试验,对比分析润滑条件、载荷、速度对MoS2膜摩擦因数的影响。结果表明:在其他条件相同时,油和脂润滑条件下,MoS2膜在零速启动、中低速情况下的动、静摩擦因数均比MoS2干膜和钢/钢摩擦副要低;MoS2膜在干摩擦、油和脂润滑条件下,摩擦因数均随载荷增加而降低,表明法向载荷越高,MoS2膜的减摩性能越好。
The effects of lubrication conditions, load and velocity on friction coefficient of MoS2 films were analyzed by ball-and-disk tribological tests on MoS2 film / steel and steel / steel friction pairs under dry friction, oil and grease lubrication conditions. The results show that under the same conditions, the dynamic and static friction coefficients of MoS2 film are lower than those of MoS2 dry film and steel / steel under low and medium speeds under the conditions of oil and grease lubrication. Friction, oil and grease lubrication conditions, the friction factor decreases with the load increases, indicating that the higher the normal load, MoS2 film, the better anti-friction performance.
