对于学术期刊而言，专家审稿意见是编辑部意见的重要组成和权威参考，但两者并不等同，不能简单移植。编辑应充分发挥自身的主体能动性，以期刊立场和作者立场为立足点，细致地做好从专家意见到编辑部意见的转化，即对单个专家意见和编辑部意见做“加减法”的同时，整合调整多位专家的审稿意见并以编辑部统一的标准进行综合平衡。“,”In an academic journal, the experts＇ opinion is an important component of the editorial comment and is an authoritative reference. But they are not the same and cannot simply be transferred. The editor, from the perspective of the journal and the author, shall base on the principle of how it works to carefully convert the experts＇ opinion to the editorial comment. That is, by using an ＂ add or remove methodology＂ upon a single expert＇s opinion as well as the comments from the editorial staff, the editor adjusts and compiles multiple experts＇ opinions to an overall balance, in compliance with the editorial standard.
