目的:采用三磷酸腺苷法肿瘤药敏试验(ATP-TCA)对乳腺癌组织标本进行试验,为个体化化疗选择提供客观依据。方法:75例乳腺癌新鲜标本行原代培养后,6种化疗药物用该方法进行试验。结果:所有标本均顺利完成试验,单药强敏感率顺序为THP(25.33%)、E-ADM(21.33%)、DTX(20.00%)、MTX(13.33%)、gemcitabine(12.00%),5-Fu(6.67%)。不同乳腺癌不但对同一种化疗药物的敏感度有明显差异(P<0.05),而且对不同药物的敏感程度也具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。随访3年可见,治疗组复发转移率低于对照组,也具统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:三磷酸腺苷法可方便有效检测乳腺癌个体的敏感化疗药物,在临床应用可提高乳腺癌化疗效果,为乳腺癌的临床个体化化疗提供重要的客观指导作用。
OBJECTIVE: To test breast cancer tissue samples by adenosine triphosphate (ATP-TCA) assay and provide an objective basis for individual chemotherapy selection. Methods: Sixty-five chemotherapeutic drugs were tested by this method after the primary culture of 75 fresh specimens of breast cancer. Results: All the specimens were tested successfully. The sequence of strong sensitivity was THP (25.33%), E-ADM (21.33%), DTX (20.00%), MTX (13.33%), gemcitabine (12.00% Fu (6.67%). Different breast cancer patients not only had the same sensitivity (P <0.05), but also different sensitivity (P <0.05). Follow-up 3 years can be seen in the treatment group recurrence and metastasis rate was lower than the control group, also with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) assay can be used to detect sensitive chemotherapeutic drugs in breast cancer patients easily and effectively. It can improve the chemotherapy effect of breast cancer in clinical application and provide important objective guidance for clinical individualized chemotherapy of breast cancer.
