工程项目是施工企业效益的源泉。随着市场竞争越来越激烈,项目的利润空间也越来越小。如何加强项目的成本控制,有效降低工程成本,提高企业的经济效益,已成为企业目前非常紧迫的任务。成本管理的水平,已成为施工企业的核心竞争力。本文从企业的角度,阐述了如何在项目建设过程中控制好成本,指出了当前施工企业项目成本控制中存在的主要问题,并对解决这些问题进行了粗浅的探讨。
Project is the source of construction enterprise efficiency. As the market competition becomes more and more fierce, the profit margin of the project will become smaller and smaller. How to strengthen the cost control of the project, reduce the project cost effectively and improve the economic benefit of the enterprise has become a very urgent task of the enterprise at present. The level of cost management has become the core competitiveness of construction enterprises. This article elaborates how to control the cost in the process of project construction from the point of view of the enterprise, and points out the main problems existing in the project cost control of construction enterprises at present, and makes a brief discussion on how to solve these problems.
