青县秸秆沼气集中供气工程(秸秆联户沼气集中供气工程)建设起步较早,取得了较好的发展,带动了全省乃至全国秸秆沼气集中供气工程的发展,但是从多年的建设和运行情况看,仍存在一些问题,为此笔者对青县秸秆沼气集中供气工程的有关情况进行了调研,提出了发现的问题,并给出了对策与建议。本文观点将对全国秸秆沼气集中供气工程健康、快速发展起到积极的推动作用,并为减少秸秆焚烧、治理雾霾发挥较好的作用。
