目前,在我国利用外资进行的水利水电工程建设中,一般采用国际上通用的FIDIC条件作为合同的基本条件,在此基础上根据我国的具体情况和工程的特殊条件(因素)作必要的补充。由于水电建设工程工期较长,绝大部分都有调价条款:对当地币(人民币)部分一般采用文件证据法;对外币部分一般采用公式法,并在公式中含有固定权重因子。现对用公式法进行调整价格中的固定权重作初步探讨。1 公式法价格调整的基本公式
At present, in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects using foreign investment in our country, the international FIDIC conditions are generally used as the basic conditions of the contract.
