1971年济南农具厂和山东省农机所组成了“三结合”的深耕犁组,经过一年多时间,研制出与东方红-75拖拉机配套的深耕悬挂五铧犁(图1)和与铁牛-55轮式拖拉机配套的深耕悬挂三铧犁(图2)。1972年12月,省机械工业局组织了鉴定定型,并安排小批生产。设计依据耕深目前机耕耕深一般在18～22厘米,不能满足农业技术要求。1970年我省农村工作会议决定,在五年内农田要普遍深翻一遍。通过调查
