急进型矽肺也称急性矽肺,是矽肺之中较为罕见而病情进展又极为迅速的一型。国内薛氏曾临床报告23例。本文报告一例临床与病理所见,并对有关问题进行简要讨论。一、临床与病理所见:阴××,男,33岁,风钻工,工龄三年,脱离粉尘作业五年死亡。1.临床与X线所见:脱离粉尘作业,第二年出现咳嗽、胸痛、气短。第三年X线透视,两肺均匀散布豆大清晰的园形结节性阴影。第四年X线胸片显示,右侧肺尖部自发性气胸,肺被压缩25%左右。两肺分布较均匀弥散的豆大园形与椭圆形结节性阴影。结
