本文以南京工业职业技术学院与加拿大希尔克学院合作举办国际商务专业专科教育项目为例,提出全盘引进国外优质教育资源,并构建具有高职中外合作办学特色的人才培养方案是高校中外合作办学引进境外优质教育资源标准研究的关键。学院在人才培养方案制订上实现了中外课程相融合,创新中外合作办学人才培养目标与课程体系,使学生享受到国外优质教育资源的同时,能够得到多元发展,达到培养国际化人才的目标。
This article takes the cooperation between Nanjing Institute of Industry Technology and Canada’s Hilke College as an example to propose a specialized international education program. It proposes that the introduction of foreign high-quality education resources and the establishment of a talent training program with the characteristics of Chinese-foreign cooperation in higher vocational education The Key to the Study of the Standards for Introducing Overseas Quality Education Resources. The college has integrated Chinese and foreign curricula in the formulation of talent training programs and innovated the training objectives and curriculums for talented Chinese and foreign cooperation in running schools so that students can enjoy the diversified development while enjoying the quality educational resources abroad and achieve the goal of training international talents.
