Dear Editor,rnVaricocele is a common cause of male infertility,and the prevalence ofvaricocele among men attending infertility clinics ranges from 30％ to 40％.The effects ofvaricocele are diverse,but often result in semen abnormalities,decreased testicular volume and decline in Leydig cell function.
