受多种因素的影响,河北张家口地区弃风现象严重。针对该地区的弃风问题,提出了利用弃风电量供暖的弃风消纳方法及其运营模式。在该运营模式的基础上,分析了影响弃风供暖项目经济性的主要因素,研究了项目的经济可行性。实例分析表明,弃风供暖项目在缓解弃风问题的同时,通过对各方利益的合理分配,具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。
Affected by many factors, the phenomenon of abandoned wind in Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province is serious. Aiming at the problem of abandoned wind in this area, the method of eliminating abandoned wind and the operation mode of using abandoned wind power are put forward. Based on the operation mode, the paper analyzes the main factors affecting the economy of abandoned wind heating project and studies the economic feasibility of the project. The case study shows that the windward heating project has obvious social benefits and economic benefits through the rational distribution of interests of all parties while alleviating the problem of abandonment of winds.
