员工培训模式作为技术进步和员工发展的重要途径,在企业当前和未来的发展中的作用愈显突出。但是传统的培训模式存在着课堂效果差、学员积极性低等问题。“乙烯课堂”改进原有培训模式,探索出一个更适合企业发展和员工个性需求的新模式,同时运用学分制,进一步提升培训效果。
As an important way of technical progress and staff development, staff training mode plays an increasingly prominent role in the current and future development of the enterprise. However, the traditional training mode has the problems of poor classroom effect and low enthusiasm of students. “Ethylene classroom ” to improve the original training model, to explore a more suitable for business development and employee needs of the new model, while the use of credit system to further enhance the training effect.
