目的贯彻国家职业病防治工作“预防为主、防治结合”的方针,提高某稀土磁性材料建设项目投产后职业病危害防护水平和职业卫生治理水平,保护劳动者健康。方法采用类比、定量分级及风险评估法对该建设项目进行综合分析评价。结果该项目为职业病危害一般的建设项目,存在的职业病危害因素主要有粉尘、噪声、高温、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、丁醇、工频电场;类比检测结果显示,各职业病危害因素浓度与强度均符合国家职业卫生标准。结论该建设项目在职业病防治方面是可行的。
Objective To carry out the national prevention and treatment of occupational diseases “prevention first, combination prevention ” approach to improve the protection of occupational hazards and occupational health management level after the put into operation of a rare earth magnetic material construction project to protect the health of workers. Methods The methods of analogy, quantitative classification and risk assessment were used to analyze and evaluate the construction project. Results The project is a general construction project with occupational hazards. The main occupational hazards include dust, noise, high temperature, toluene, xylene, acetone, butanol and power frequency electric field. The results of analog test showed that the concentrations and intensities of various occupational hazards Are in line with national occupational health standards. Conclusion The construction project is feasible in the prevention and control of occupational diseases.
