以现行的JB4730-94《压力容器无损检测》标准为根据,在各种速照方式下建立计算透照厚度TA、一次透照长度L3、拍片数量N等未知量与容器直径Di、母材厚度T、选择的焦距F等已知量之间的数学表达式,并通过计算机进行辅助计算及人机对话,合理选择工艺参数,自动生成射线检测工艺卡。避免了人为因素造成编制检测工艺的错误或误差。同时,利用计算机打出检测报告,使报告规范化。
