以武功地区褐色土的心土为基质,大豆、豌豆为供试作物,进行盆栽试验。结果表明:不管是否施用有机肥和磷肥,施氮都能严重地降低豆科作物的根瘤数和根瘤干重。无磷少氮处理所还原生成的乙烯量最多;施磷少氮处理则减少;氮量愈多,乙烯量愈少。从提高固氮量和固氮酶活性考虑,对豆科作物施用少量氮肥,在不施磷肥时,氮肥用量绝不可过高。磷肥和有机肥均有效地促进了豆科作物结瘤,其干重和固氮量均成倍增加。
The soil and soil of the brown soil in the Wugong area were used as the substrate, and the soybean and pea were used as the test crops for the pot experiment. The results showed that nitrogen application could severely reduce the number of nodules and the nodule weight of the leguminous crops, irrespective of the application of organic and phosphate fertilizers. The amount of ethylene produced by the reduction of phosphorus-free and nitrogen-deficient treatment was the highest, while the treatment of phosphorus and nitrogen-deficient treatment was decreased. The more nitrogen content, the less amount of ethylene. From the perspective of increasing nitrogen fixation and nitrogenase activity, a small amount of nitrogen fertilizer should be applied to leguminous crops. When no phosphorus fertilizer is applied, the amount of nitrogen fertilizer must not be too high. Both phosphate fertilizer and organic fertilizer effectively promoted the nodulation of leguminous crops, and their dry weight and nitrogen fixation doubled.
