以汶川地震后剑南春总部办公楼的新建工程和都江之春1#楼加固工程作为案例,介绍隔震技术在灾后重建中运用的工程实例。通过对比传统抗震方案和基础隔震方案的抗震效果,分析了采用隔震技术对结构的层间剪力和自振周期等方面的影响。结果表明,采用隔震技术可延长结构自振周期,显著降低上部结构的地震反应,减轻地震作用对主体结构的损坏,有效提高建筑的抗震性能,从而满足建筑抗震设计规范的要求。
After the Wenchuan earthquake Jiannanchun headquarters office building and Dujiang Spring 1 # building reinforcement project as a case, the introduction of seismic isolation technology in the post-disaster reconstruction project examples. By comparing the anti-seismic effect of the traditional anti-seismic scheme and the base isolation scheme, the influence of the isolation technology on the interlaminar shear and natural vibration period of the structure is analyzed. The results show that the seismic isolation can prolong the natural period of the structure, significantly reduce the seismic response of the superstructure, reduce the damage to the main structure caused by the earthquake, and effectively improve the seismic performance of the building so as to meet the requirements of the seismic design code.
