目的评价手术室护理风险管理中护理标识的应用效果。方法选取本院手术室2013年5月—2015年4月收治的860例手术治疗患者,其中2013年5月—2014年4月的412例患者为对照组,2014年5月—2015年4月的448例患者为观察组。对照组采取常规手术室护理风险管理,观察组在此基础上使用护理标识。比较2组护理差错率、投诉纠纷发生率及满意度评分。结果观察组准备失误、无菌操作不当及记录差错的护理差错率较对照组有明显下降,观察组投诉纠纷发生率为1.11%,明显低于对照组的3.16%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者与医生的满意度评分分别为(90.23±3.14)分和(89.25±3.68)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在手术室护理风险管理中应用护理标识效果满意。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of nursing label in operating room nursing risk management. METHODS: A total of 860 surgical patients admitted to our operating room from May 2013 to April 2015 were selected. Among them, 412 cases in May 2013-April 2014 were control group, May 2014-April 2015 The 448 patients were observed. Control group to take routine operating room care risk management, the observation group on the basis of the use of nursing identification. The two groups of nursing error rate, complaint dispute incidence rate and satisfaction score were compared. Results In the observation group, the nursing error rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (1.11%), which was significantly lower than that of the control group (3.16%), the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). The satisfaction scores of patients and doctors in the observation group were (90.23 ± 3.14) points and (89.25 ± 3.68) points, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion The application of nursing label in operating room nursing risk management is satisfactory.
