相对于土建工程,装饰工程项目的施工的周期要短很多,因此,在施工组织设计过程中一定要具有合理性、科学性并具有可操作性。工程技术的进步和衡量企业技术发展的重要标准是技术管理的有效性和控制点,同时它也是企业技术可持续发展的重要技术保障。本文就房屋建筑工程装饰施工存在的问题以及技术的要点做简要探讨,希望能对装饰工程施工有所借鉴。
Relative to the civil engineering, decorative construction project cycle is much shorter, therefore, in the construction design process must be reasonable, scientific and operational.
