Nervous learning, fierce competition, monotonous life, jumping confusions about the future... All these make you unconsciously fall into the arms of anxiety. Anxiety looks like air surrounded at your side and make you never be able to perceive it. Moderating anxiety is beneficial to the development of life, but the excessive anxiety is like a moth, un knowingly eats away your happiness and health. Do you know how to reduce anxiety?
Look for the source of anxiety
When you are anxious, you may write down the things that are pressuring you. Be able to sense and feel these pressures make it possible to help you to find the roots that are causing the problem. It will also help you find the direction to solve the problem.
Adjust the angle of view
Getting anxious is mostly because you have exaggerated the negative side of things. In fact, as long as we slightly adjust our view of things, we will be able to see the positive side and it will help us reduce anxiety.
Change the environment,
transform the mood
Try to breath deeply when you feel anxious, drink some water and take a walk. Most of the time our mood will switch when we change our environment and get a new view of things. A walk down to the park and smell the fresh flowers or just watch other people’s cats and dogs playing around can help us become gradually relaxed.
Put your work into
"time management
coordinates"
First of all , draw a "horizontal" and "vertical" lines in your notebook to form a cross coordinate. Ends of the abscissa represent the "important" and "not important". Ends of the ordinate represent the "urgent" and "not urgent". In this way, you know what you should do first and after.
Do some relaxing training
Please do the following actions: clenched fists, tighten your arms, experience the upper limbs nervous feeling, and then release your fist suddenly and
feel your arms heavy, weak and relaxed. Do this for few times and you will reduce your anxiety unconsciously.
