目的:探讨黔南地区布依族儿童骨龄与形态发育的关系,为少数民族儿童骨骼与形态发育的研究提供依据。方法:于2013年1月~2013年12月采用分层整群抽样的方法选取黔南地区布依族9~11岁儿童786名(男397名,女389名)为研究对象,均自愿参加且无手腕部损伤史。采用摄片法拍摄手腕部X片,参照《骨发育分级标准》进行阅片,通过CHN骨龄评价法计算骨龄。同时测量儿童身高、体重、坐高和胸围等指标。结果:布依族9~11岁骨骼早发育型儿童身高、体重、坐高、胸围及BMI与骨骼正常发育型及骨骼晚发育型比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);而身高坐高指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。骨骼早发育型、骨骼正常发育型及骨骼晚发育型儿童超重检出率分别为18.97%(11/58)、6.89%(44/638)、6.67%(6/90);儿童肥胖检出率分别为25.86%(15/58)、6.11%(39/638)、5.56%(5/90);骨骼早发育型儿童超重和肥胖检出率高于骨骼正常发育型及骨骼晚发育型儿童(P<0.01)。结论:黔南地区布依族儿童骨骼早发育型与身高、体重、坐高和胸围等生长发育指标有关,且与超重肥胖密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between bone age and morphological development of Buyi children in southern Guizhou, and to provide basis for the study of bone and morphological development in ethnic minority children. Methods: From January 2013 to December 2013, 786 boys (397 males and 389 females) aged from 9 to 11 were selected as study subjects by stratified cluster sampling. No history of wrist injury. X-ray photography of the wrist using radiography, with reference to “bone development grading standards” for reading, by the CHN bone age evaluation method to calculate bone age. CONCLUSION: The early developmental pattern of bones in Buyi children in southern Guizhou is related to the growth and development indexes such as height, weight, sitting height and chest circumference, which are closely related to overweight and obesity.
