职务犯罪侦查较之普通犯罪侦查,有其自身的特点。但是,我国法律并没有针对职务犯罪侦查的特殊性规定相应的特殊侦查措施,使得职务犯罪侦查步履维艰。为了提高职务犯罪的侦查能力,根据职务犯罪侦查的特殊需要,借鉴国外有关规定,我国法律应当增设技术侦查、诱惑侦查等特殊侦查措施和完善有关的配套措施。
The duty crime investigation has its own characteristics compared with the ordinary criminal investigation. However, our country’s law does not stipulate the special investigation measures for the particularity of duty crime investigation, which makes the investigation of duty crime difficult. In order to improve the ability of investigation of job-related crimes, according to the special needs of criminal investigation of duty and drawing lessons from relevant foreign regulations, special investigation measures such as technical investigation and temptation investigation should be added to improve the relevant supporting measures in our law.
