结合大冶铁矿地下开采实际,建立满足相似条件的物理模型进行充填实验,研究充填浆料在流动方向上的力学性质变化。充填试验分为A、B两次,对两次试验中充填浆料沉降后的几何结构和力学性质进行分析对比,揭示出充填料浆沿流动方向的沉积规律,为确保充填采场的稳定提供相应的技术支持。结果表明:两次充填流动沉降后的高度变化规律和沉积后所形成的倾角大致相同;在料浆的流动方向上,粒径表现出先增大后减小的特征,胶结程度逐渐变大,强度分布呈S型。
Combined with the actual underground mining in Daye Iron Mine, a physical model satisfying similar conditions was established for filling experiments to study the change of mechanical properties of filling slurry in the flowing direction.
