为了控制列车以接近300km/h的速度在新干线上运行的噪声,减小滚动噪声以及空气动力噪声是首要任务。本文在对两种不同条件车轮所产生的噪声进行比较试验的基础上,介绍了轮轨噪声的评价结果。首先对采用整体车轮和弹性车轮的噪声进行比较,试验时采用弹性车轮的目的是为了减小轨道振动。其次,进行了通常使用制动盘和试验时临时取下制动盘车轮进行噪声的比较。
In order to control the noise that trains run on the Shinkansen at a speed of nearly 300 km / h, reducing roll noise and aerodynamic noise are the top priorities. Based on the comparison of the noise produced by the two wheels under different conditions, this paper introduces the evaluation results of the wheel and rail noise. First of all, the noise of the whole wheel and the elastic wheel are compared. The purpose of using the elastic wheel in the experiment is to reduce the orbital vibration. Secondly, a comparison was made between the noise that the brake disk and the wheel were temporarily removed when the brake disk and the test were used.
