目的了解冠心病(CHD)患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)-DNA存在情况并探讨其临床意义。方法应用实时荧光定量PCR(real time FQ-PCR)方法,对62例CHD患者,29例其他心血管疾病患者和30例健康体检者的PBMCs内HCMV-DNA进行定量检测。结果 CHD患者PBMCs的HCMV-DNA检出率41.9%,其他心血管疾病组10.3%,正常对照组10.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CHD组HCMV-DNA载量介于103~105拷贝/ml者为12例,占阳性例数的46.1%(12/26),介于105~106拷贝/ml者为8例,占阳性例数的30.7%(8/26)。结论 CHD患者PBMCs的HCMV感染可能在其致动脉粥样硬化性发病过程中发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the presence of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) -DNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and to investigate its clinical significance. Methods Quantitative detection of HCMV-DNA in PBMCs from 62 patients with CHD, 29 patients with other cardiovascular diseases and 30 healthy controls was performed by real-time quantitative PCR (real time FQ-PCR). Results The detection rate of HCMV-DNA in PBMCs was 41.9% in CHD patients, 10.3% in other cardiovascular diseases patients and 10.0% in normal controls (P <0.05). In CHD group, there were 12 cases with HCMV-DNA loading between 103 and 105 copies / ml, accounting for 46.1% (12/26) of the positive cases and 8 cases between 105 and 106 copies / ml, accounting for the positive cases Of the 30.7% (8/26). Conclusion The HCMV infection of PBMCs in patients with CHD may play an important role in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.
