BIM技术为建筑全生命周期中持续时间较长、对工程质量影响最为直接的施工阶段,存在诸如技术水平和管理理念落后、资源浪费现象严重、施工信息表达及传递模糊等问题。建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling简称BIM),通过参数化模型整合工程项目的各类相关信息,并在全生命周期过程中进行共享和传递,其可视化、协调性、模拟性、优化性的特点为其在施工中的应用奠定理论基础。
BIM technology is the construction period with the longer duration and the most direct impact on the project quality in the whole life cycle of the construction.
