目的检测非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者的血清 CA125水平和肿瘤组织 CA125表达的研究,探讨 CA125与 NHL患者的临床特征、治疗和预后的相关性。方法 335例患者为2000年6月至2005年12月山西省肿瘤医院血液内科的住院患者,均经病理证实为 NHL。其中男208例,女127例,中位年龄48岁(2～84岁)。Ⅰ、Ⅱ期113例,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期222例。A 组182例,B 组153例。病理按 WHO 建议分
Objective To investigate the serum level of CA125 and the expression of CA125 in patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) and to explore the correlation between CA125 and clinical features, treatment and prognosis in patients with NHL. Methods A total of 335 patients were hospitalized in Department of Hematology, Shanxi Tumor Hospital from June 2000 to December 2005. All patients were pathologically confirmed as NHL. There were 208 males and 127 females, with a median age of 48 years (ranging from 2 to 84 years). 113 cases in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ, and 222 cases in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ. A group of 182 cases, B group of 153 cases. The pathology is recommended by WHO
