目的:探讨纤维固位夹板在牙周病松动牙治疗中的应用。方法:在全面牙周基础治疗的基础上,采用固位纤维加树脂制作牙周夹板治疗下颌前牙牙周病松动牙共15例、20颗患牙,并在完成牙周夹板固定后1、3和6个月复诊。结果:纤维固位技术能够保存下颌前牙牙周病松动牙,控制牙周病和恢复咀嚼功能。结论:纤维固位夹板可作为下颌前牙牙周病松动牙治疗的有效手段。
Objective: To investigate the application of fiber retention splint in the treatment of periodontal disease with loose teeth. Methods: On the basis of comprehensive basic periodontal treatment, 15 cases of periodontal disease were treated with retention fiber and resin for the treatment of periodontal disease. Twenty patients suffered from periodontal disease. After the periodontal splints were fixed, 3 and 6 months follow-up. Results: Fibers retention technique can preserve periodontal disease of mandibular anterior teeth, control periodontal disease and restore chewing function. Conclusion: Fibrous retainer splints can be used as an effective method for the treatment of loose teeth of periodontal disease in mandibular anterior teeth.
