对海军某舰的20个部位进行噪声强度测定,并对53名舰员(106耳)进行了听力调查。结果表明,舰上的主机舱、副机舱、尾轴舱和锅炉舱的噪声平均超过90dB(A);其中高频听力损伤的有32名(57耳).发病率为60.3%;机电部门发病率最高达64.5%;高频听力损失中以6000Hz受损最明显.占70.2%,听力曲线呈V字形的最多,占78.9%。造成32名舰员听力受损的主要原因是对噪声的个人防护不够。
The noise intensity of 20 parts of a naval vessel was measured and a hearing investigation was conducted on 53 crew members (106 ears). The results show that the average noise level of the main engine compartment, sub-engine compartment, tail shaft compartment and boiler compartment of the ship exceeds 90dB (A). Among them, 32 (57 ears) have high-frequency hearing impairment. The incidence was 60.3%; electromechanical department incidence rate up to 64.5%; high-frequency hearing loss in 6000Hz damage the most obvious. Accounting for 70.2%, hearing curve was V-shaped up, accounting for 78.9%. The main reason for the hearing loss of 32 crew members is the lack of personal protection against noise.
