小额信贷是在一定区域内,在特殊的制度安排下,按特定的目标向低收入群体直接提供贷款资金及综合技术服务的一种特殊信贷方式。小额信贷经过30多年的发展,形成了多种模式,它通过改善低收入人群的经济收入状况,增加社会的有效需求,达到促进国民经济发展和改善农村地区经济状况的目的。小额信贷在我国发展的几十年间,获得了长足进步,也一直是政府、社会各界关注的重点。在我国,小额信贷在为贫困农村提供资金支持中扮演着重要角色。然而,小额信贷在我国的发展中还存在许多问题,这直接影响到我国农村金融市场的完善和小额信贷机构的可持续发展。因此,正确认识小额信贷在我国农村经济发展中的重要作用,有效解决小额信贷在我国农村地区发展中存在的问题对我国农村经济发展至关重要。这有利于缓解农村金融市场的资金供求矛盾,解决一部分农民融资难的问题,有利于刺激了农村金融市场的更好发展,并对促进我国新农村建设,构建和谐社会具有重要意义。
Microfinance is a special form of credit that directly provides loan funds and comprehensive technical services to low-income groups according to specific objectives under certain institutional arrangements within a certain region. Therefore, a correct understanding of the important role of microfinance in the development of rural economy in our country and the effective solution to the existing problems of microfinance in the development of rural areas in our country are very important to the development of rural economy in our country. This is conducive to alleviating the contradiction between the supply and demand of funds in the rural financial market, solving the problem of some farmers’ financing difficulties, and stimulating the better development of rural financial markets. It is also of great significance for promoting the construction of a new rural area and building a harmonious society in our country.
