四川省于去年10月间,在成都至新津段38公里的泥结碎石路面上,加铺了碎石磨耗层和保护层,迄今将近一年,全段都经受了雨季的考验,目前除双流至新津段的磨耗层略有飞石及少数的小坑槽外,成都至双流段仍然完整平坦。兹将铺装磨耗层的操作方法和施工中应该注意的若干问题介绍如下: 铺装磨耗层的操作方法: 1、操作程序:可分为(一)消扫路面(积泥、尘土、杂物必须除净,尤其是边缘的尘土);(二)洒水(润湿路面,特别是边缘);(三)挖路槽(将边缘扒松20~30公分,深为3公分成V形);(四)配料(把土、砂、石按比例分堆堆放);(五)拌和并初步扒平;(六)切实扒平(专人负责);(七)碾压,并经常洒
