近年来,农村征地过程中出现的贪污腐败现象突出,引起了检察机关的高度重视。这类案件涉及到广大基层人民群众的切身利益,威胁国家治理的根本。若处理不当,极易引发冲突,甚至导致群体性事件爆发,严重影响社会的和谐稳定。本文旨在研究重点突破该类案件中财会人员,在不违背国家法律制度和法律政策的前提下更好的对付该类犯罪。综合运用各种方法对其进行打击,遏制其愈演愈烈的势头,保护人民群众的利益,保卫国家财产不受侵蚀,维护国运长治久安。
In recent years, the phenomenon of corruption and corruption that appeared in the process of land acquisition in rural areas has become prominent, which has aroused great attention from procuratorial organs. Such cases involve the vital interests of the broad masses of grassroots people and threaten the very foundation of state governance. If handled improperly, this can easily lead to conflicts and even lead to the outbreak of mass incidents, seriously affecting the social harmony and stability. This article aims to study the key breakthrough in such cases, accounting personnel, in not violating the national legal system and laws and policies to better deal with such crimes. Comprehensively using various methods to combat it, curbing its growing momentum, protecting the interests of the people and the masses, safeguarding the erosion of state assets and safeguarding the long-term peace and stability of the country’s transport.
