自从1963年Fachini和Gianfranceschi从牛精子中提出一种水溶性非类固醇配子因子(Nons-teroidal gametic factor,NSGF)以来,国外学者研究发现,NSGF能抑制大鼠卵巢成熟;可影响老龄大鼠肝诱导酶活性.但对年轻大鼠无影响;对半乳精性白内障病理模型(狗)有较好的治疗效果。本研究室与临床眼科配合.从牛精子中部分提纯NSGF,利用半乳糖性亚急性衰老模型从物质代谢和能量代谢角度观察了NSGF对衰老动物模型代谢紊乱的纠正和调节作用。
