目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)及其后处理成像技术在周围型小肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析20例周围型小肺癌的临床、CT资料,CT扫描采用16层螺旋机,平扫加强化,随后进行1mm重建,传输到工作站进行SSD、MPR成像。结果SSD、MPR技术可多方位、立体、直观的清楚显示肺结节表面征象及空间关系,确切显示分叶征、毛刺征、胸膜凹陷征、肺血管集束征等周围型小肺癌的特征,SSD成像对分叶征具有较高的特异性。结论SSD、MPR、2D横断图像三者结合可明显提高周围型小肺癌的诊断率。
Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) and its post-processing imaging in the diagnosis of peripheral small lung cancer. Methods The clinical data and CT data of 20 patients with peripheral small lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed. The CT scan was performed with a 16-slice spiral scanner. The scan was intensified, followed by a 1-mm reconstruction and transmission to a workstation for SSD and MPR imaging. Results SSD and MPR could clearly show the surface features of lung nodules and their spatial relationship in multiple directions, stereoscopically and intuitively. The features of peripheral small lung cancer such as lobulation, spiculation, pleural indentation and pulmonary bundling were clearly displayed. Imaging of lobulation sign has a high specificity. Conclusion The combination of SSD, MPR and 2D transection images can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of peripheral small lung cancer.
