构造了一种新的二进向量小波，借助于ｒ 重多分辨分析思想，给出了向量小波的离散化表示及其分解、重构的快速算法，以浮动阈值进行信号去噪，获得了一种新的语音信号增强算法，实验结果表明：此种算法可使得信号中的加性噪声几乎完全消除，重建后的波形又保留原信号中尖锐陡峭变化的曲线轮廓，效果颇佳．
A new binary vector wavelet is constructed. With the aid of r-multiple resolution analysis, a discrete representation of vector wavelet and its fast algorithm of decomposition and reconstruction are given. The signal is denoised with floating threshold and a The experimental results show that this algorithm can make the additive noise in the signal almost completely disappear, and the reconstructed waveform retains the sharp and steep curve profile in the original signal with good effect.
