随着我国全面改革的进一步深化,各个层面的改革步伐也得到了加快,对于事业单位的绩效管理来说,这是促进事业单位健康长久发展并对其在市场中占据优势地位的重要保证。绩效管理一直都是人力资源管理活动的重点,基于此,本文主要就事业单位的特征以及绩效管理内涵加以阐述,然后就现阶段我国的事业单位绩效管理的现状及优化策略进行详细化探究,希望此次理论研究对事业单位的发展起到一定促进作用。
With the further deepening of the comprehensive reform in our country, the pace of reform at all levels has also been accelerated. For the performance management of public institutions, this is an important guarantee for the long-term healthy and long-term development of public institutions and their dominant position in the market.
