作者等以羟(基)脲对44例真性红细胞增多症进行了试验性治疗,其中半数病例在羟(基)脲治疗前曾用过其他药物。36例曾随访一年以上,该文仅就这36例提出报告。
The authors used hydroxyurea in 44 cases of polycythemia vera experimental treatment, of which half of the cases in the hydroxyurea before treatment with other drugs. Thirty-six cases had been followed up for more than one year. Only 36 cases were reported in this article.
