苏府办[2010]301号各市、区人民政府,苏州工业园区、苏州高新区、太仓港口管委会;市各委办局,各直属单位:市公安局制定的《苏州市户籍居民城乡一体化户口迁移管理规定》已经市政府同意,现转发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。二○一○年十一月十三日苏州市户籍居民城乡一体化户口迁移管理规定第一条为推进苏州市城乡一体化发展,根据中共苏州市委、苏州市人民政府《关于鼓励农民进城进镇落户的若干意见》(苏发[2010]30号),制定本规定。第二条全市范围内实行城乡统一的以拥有合法固定住所为基本条件,办理户口迁移的户籍登记管理制度。
