目的和方法:在培养的家兔血管平滑肌细胞上,观察了肾上腺髓质素(Adm)对溶血磷脂酸(LPA)诱导的DNA合成和丝裂素活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)活性途径激活的影响。结果:LPA使[3H]-TdR掺入和MAPK活性增加,Adm对基础水平的MAPK活性和[3H]-TdR的掺入并无显著影响,但Adm对LPA刺激[3H]-TdR掺入和MAPK活性具有抑制作用。结论:Adm和LPA相互作用参与血管平滑肌细胞增殖的调节。
PURPOSE AND METHODS: The effects of adrenomedullin (Adm) on lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) -induced DNA synthesis and activation of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway were observed in cultured rabbit vascular smooth muscle cells. Results: [3H] -TdR incorporation and MAPK activity increased with LPA. Adm had no significant effect on basal levels of MAPK activity and incorporation of [3H] -TdR, but Adm did not affect [3H] -TdR incorporation and MAPK activity has an inhibitory effect. Conclusion: The interaction between Adm and LPA is involved in the regulation of vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation.
