在进行较复杂盆腔手术时常易误伤输尿管,尤其对损伤后无法行输尿管膀胱直接再植病例,尽管修补方法多种,但效果常不够满意。1936年 Okerblad 用膀胱壁瓣修补输尿管下段缺损首次获得成功,国内1959年曹氏采用此法修补单侧输尿管损伤一例,效果良好,但双侧输尿管损伤修补报告国内未见发表。1976年我们曾用该法修补了一例双侧输尿管下段缺损,经术后六年随访疗效良好,报告如下。
