2006年12月4日,吉林省检察院反贪局局长姜德志被评选为“2006年度中国十大法治人物”。姜德志从事反贪侦查工作20年,直接查办和指挥查办大要案件200余件。通过办案,姜德志和一些大小贪官有了近距离的接触,对他们有了更深入的了解,不仅能听到他们心底最真实的声音,更能够触模到他们的心灵轨迹。为了使更多的人远离职务犯罪,他曾作过多场反腐报告。一位干部感慨道:“他的报告,能让人记一辈子。”
