神池是个山区小县,山旮旯里的学校多,多数教师常年不出校门,信息闭塞的现状,为了开阔视野,了解外界,改革旧教法,创新教法,教育局投资10万元,对全县中小学教师进行了大规模的培训。两年来,先后两次邀请省内23名知名专家、学者、教学能手来县传经送宝,讲示范课。1999年秋,利用假期订中全县300多名各级各类学校骨干教师花费5万元集中培训半个月,先后共邀请国家级模范教师李月娥等19位专家、学者、教学能手来县作专题讲座13场,讲地范课40节。2000年秋,又邀请省教委教研室汪华英偕同太原市金刚里小学、十三
