为提高两级党委机关帮建指导基层效能,推进基层建设科学发展,武警广东省总队党委紧紧围绕“任职经历、业务水平、现实表现、群众公论”四个方面内容,按照“有阅历、有能力、有政绩、有形象”的标准,严密组织两级党委机关干部抓基层资格认定。对认定不合格的,通过学习、培训、下基层锻炼等方式进行补课,认定合格后才准予下基层帮建;对长时间不能获得资格认定的干部作出组织调整,切实从源头上把严关口,进一步提高了两级党委机关帮建指导基层的效能。
