采用环形锥状电子東区熔加“堆积”的定向凝固技术制取了尺寸达30~35x200mm的高纯铌单晶。研究了原料品位及工艺参数对单品质量的影响,确定了大尺寸铌单晶的稳定生长工艺条件。并将本法与传统方法作了比较。
High purity niobium single crystals with the size of 30 ~ 35x200mm were fabricated by the directional solidification technique of ring-shaped cone-shaped east area fusion plus “stacking”. The effect of raw material grade and process parameters on the quality of single product was studied, and the stable growth process conditions of large size niobium single crystal were confirmed. This law is compared with the traditional method.
