To understand the degree of occupational exposure to lymphocyte DNA damage in peripheral blood of anticancer drugs, 24 nurses from the Department of Cancer Chemotherapy were selected as experimental groups for occupational exposure to anti-tumor drugs, and 10 women students without anti-tumor drugs were used as control groups. In group A, 5 patients who received chemotherapy were control group B. Peripheral blood was collected from the above 3 groups of subjects and single cell gel electrophoresis was used to detect the DNA damage of single cells. Results The incidence of lymphocyte comet-like in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group A group and lower than that of the control group B group. The experimental results show that occupational contact with anti-tumor drugs can damage the DNA of lymphocytes and should establish perfect protection measures to reduce injury.
